Albi had passed on his final semester test. On the way home, he meets Rani, his friend. She congratulates and compliments Albi.

Rani : Hi, Albi. How are you doing?

Albi : I am fine, thanks.

Rani : It’s very nice to meet you here, Albi. You look great today! I love your new hair style.

Albi : Thank you very much, Rani. You look great, too.

Rani : Thanks, Albi. By the way, how was your test? Have you got the result?

Albi : Yes, I’ve got it. You know what? I have passed for the final test. I’m so happy right now.

Rani : That’s great. Congratulations! How’s the score?

Albi : Thanks God. I got the highest score for the test.

Rani : Wow, that’s amazing. I know you are very smart, Albi. Well done!

Albi : Thanks for your compliment, Rani. You are so kind.

Rani : Never mind Albi. It’s my pleasure.

 The Important to Breakfast

Why is breakfast important? “Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince and Dine like a Pauper” It’s a well known phrase, but do you follow it?

Breakfast provides many benefits to our health and wellbeing. Breakfast provides the body and brain with fuel after an overnight fast – that’s where its name originates, breaking the fast! Without breakfast you are effectively running on empty, like trying to start the car with no petrol!

Breakfast support cognitive function. Breakfast also restores glucose levels, an essential carbohydrate that is needed for the brain to function. Breakfast provides energy, studies have shown how eating breakfast can improve memory and concentration levels and it can also make us happier as it can improve mood and lower stress levels.

Breakfast provides energy needs. People’s energy needs vary depending on activity levels and life stage but typically men require more energy than women. Growing children require a lot of energy, as an example boys aged 7-10 years should consume approximately 1970 kcals per day, and girls aged 7-10 years should consume approximately 1740 kcals.

In conclusion, there are still many benefits of breakfast, but I think these two are the most important benefits of breakfast.

 Borobudur Temple

Borobudur is one of historical buildings in Indonesia. It is considered to be the world’s largest Buddhist temple for its size (15129 m²) and height (34.5m). It is located in Magelang, Central Java. Not only it became a well known tourism destination to a lot of travelers around the world, Borobudur Temple is also included in UNESCO list of world heritage site.

Borobudur temple consists of six square floors and three circular floors which arranged accordingly and make it to be stair-like layers that you have to climb one by one to reach the top of the temple. In the middle of the floor, you will find small stairwell with couples of stairs connecting each floor that you can use as a passage to go to the top. On each level of the floor, there are a lot of relief panels and Buddha statues spread around it. Based on the data, there are 2.672 panels and 504 statues in total. There is a dome located on the top center of the temple and is surrounded by 72 Buddha statues, each seated inside a perforated stupa. It is said that, if you place your hand into the stupa through one of its hole and you can touch the Buddha statue, you will be able to make one of your dream come true.

 The Importance of Library

I personally believe that libraries are among humanity’s most important institutions for several reasons. Firstly, most of humanity’s collective knowledge is stored in libraries. Secondly, libraries protect and preserve this knowledge. They also classify or group the materials into logical and easily available divisions. Furthermore, libraries make the materials available to everyone and even provide librarians to help us find what we need. Finally, libraries are our link to the past and our gift to the future. From the facts above, I conclude that libraries are important institutions for humanity.

Garbage Service Need Improvement

There have been many complaints recently about the ABC garbage collection service. The official department has agreed that the service needs improvement. But nothing has been done!

In some streets the garbage is collected only once a month because the workmen are not supervised. In other streets, collection in more frequent but half of the garbage is left in the road. The workmen are too lazy to pick it up and put it in the trucks.

In some parts of the colony, house-holders are dumping their garbage on the waste land. This is dangerous and an unhealthy to do. These `dumps’ may catch fire and they will certainly attract rats and flies.

It is the duty of the official department to collect all the garbage efficiently and regularly.

 Toba Lake

        Danau Toba or Toba Lake is one of the most popular destinations in Indonesia, especially in Medan, North Sumatra. Danau Toba is the largest volcanic lake in Indonesia, even in the Southeast Asia. Which make it more special is taken from the Samosir Island, an Island that settled in the middle of the lake.

        Lake Toba is an area of 1,707 km², we can say that this is 1,000 km² bigger than Singapore. It formed by a gigantic volcanic eruption some 70,000 years ago, it is probably the largest resurgent caldera on Earth. Pulau Samosir or Samosir Island, The island in the middle, was joined to the caldera wall by a narrow isthmus, which was cut through to enable boats to pass; a road bridge crosses the cutting. Samosir island is the cultural center of the Batak tribe, the indigenous from North Sumatra.

        By the eruption of a super volcano (Mount Toba) was estimated to have caused mass death and extinction of several species of living creatures. The eruption of Mount Toba has led to changes in the earth's weather and the start into the ice age that affects the world civilization.

        Lake Toba is actually more like a sea than a lake considering its size. Therefore, the Lake placed as the largest lake in Southeast Asia and the second largest in the world after Lake Victoria in Africa. Lake Toba is also includes the deepest lake in the world, which is approximately 450 meters.

 EIFFEL TOWER

        Eiffel tower was built to celebrate the 100th year anniversary of the French Revolution. The construction process took 2 years to finished, started from 1887 until 1889. The building is located in Paris, France.

          Eiffel Tower is the highest building in Paris. It is 324 meters tall and its square base size is 125 meters. Almost all parts of the construction is made of iron with weight approximately 7.300 tons. There are three levels of the tower that can be accessed by tourist. On the first and second levels the visitors will find the restaurants, on the first level is Le 58 Tour Eiffel restaurant, on the second level is Le Jules Verne restaurant. The top level is where we can find the observation deck. There are 8 elevators that we can use in the tower. Eiffel tower is also used as an aerial to transmit radio and digital television signals, therefore we will find additional part on the top of the tower in the form of transmitters.
